John H. did a great job. Very polite. Explained his professional diagnostic results and the repair needed to fix the problem, as well as, the cost of the repair/part. He was always upfront and honest. Which was refreshing to see given our current times. I definitely recommend Tiger Heating & Air!

I'm so glad I called Tiger Heating & Air. Thomas helped get someone over to our rental house on a Sunday, and sent us multiple proposals to fix the issue the same day. Prob the most professional and prompt HVAC company I've dealt with over the last 5 years. Our long time tenants are always honest about how they feel about the people we send over to do work, and I trust their word. I was extra pleased to hear the same sentiments from them. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone who asks me who I would call in the middle of hot weather season. Compared to the previous AC install we had done on another rental house, their prices were very fair, but the service went beyond my expectations. Shout out to Torch for the AC install and Chris for the air duct cleaning. Our tenants are very appreciative of all the hard work.

Thomas was wonderful about leading with you don’t have anything concerning. I thought there was mold and he said mildew and had a plan to get rid of it.
