John Kevin was awesome!!! Very friendly, personable, and informative! He was reassuring and knowledgeable about our situation!

The technicians that arrived were super professional, I give them 10/10. My only complaint is that I didn't realize how messy the process would be, and that fiberglass would be everywhere. They used a drop cloth and cleaned up after themselves well, but the dust just spread all over everything. I feel like if I were better informed I would have prepped my house a little better.

The tech was out on a hot Texas Sunday in 4 hours. Was knowledgeable about my Trane Tam AC 2 stage. Had it up and running the same day!!!

I'm so glad I called Tiger Heating & Air. Thomas helped get someone over to our rental house on a Sunday, and sent us multiple proposals to fix the issue the same day. Prob the most professional and prompt HVAC company I've dealt with over the last 5 years. Our long time tenants are always honest about how they feel about the people we send over to do work, and I trust their word. I was extra pleased to hear the same sentiments from them. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone who asks me who I would call in the middle of hot weather season. Compared to the previous AC install we had done on another rental house, their prices were very fair, but the service went beyond my expectations. Shout out to Torch for the AC install and Chris for the air duct cleaning. Our tenants are very appreciative of all the hard work.
