The best service we could’ve ever asked for. A Saturday night about 8:30pm, I realized our AC had stopped cooling when I noticed our home was getting warm. I checked the thermostat and sure enough, I knew something was wrong. I went to go check our outside unit was making a humming noise. We called around to 7-8 different companies that claim to be 24/7, only to find that they could only come out during the week or none ever called us back. We finally called Tiger. We explained our situation and it also sucked because the way our builder built our home, the living room and kitchen windows do not open. The bedrooms are supposed to but the windows have set in wrong and you try to open them and they don’t. They’re stuck. When the owner came aware of our situation, he stepped in and recognized our situation as an emergency. Within 30 minutes of calling, he was at our doorstep to diagnose the issue. He found the capacitor had gone bad. He replaced the capacitor with a stronger and more efficient one than the one we originally had. He also adjusted our drain pan level which I know will save us one day down the road. From the time we called Tiger to the time Thomas was finished and out the door with cold air blowing, it was maybe an hour or an hour and a half? That’s the fastest and most incredible service I’ve ever experienced. We can’t thank Thomas enough for his hard work, promptness, and going above and beyond. He takes great care of his business and they are truly 24/7! We dreadfully were preparing to go without AC over night, but thanks to Thomas we only had to deal with a hot house for a few hours. Now we are able to sleep cool tonight. Thank you for your hard work. Thomas and his company will be our go-to guy for any AC problems in the future. I highly recommend Tiger!! Thank you!! My daughter”s home air conditioner went out this evening. Their new home which is a DR Horton home has windows that will not open for some reason we have discovered. So made several phone calls, being a Saturday night no one could come out. This company came right out within 20 minutes of my call and repaired it and explained the entire process. We are so grateful. We highly recommend Tiger and Thomas the technician that came to our rescue. Customers for life!
