Had Christian P come to my home on a very short notice due to having thermostat issues. He diagnose the issue and found the problem and explained to me why it failed. He is very knowledgeable in his field and respectful to me and house members. I will definitely use them again and refer Tiger Heating & Air to family and friends. Michael Cuellar was very professional; very helpful and did a thorough job explaining his diagnostics of my unit. I would call him again to work on my home central air and heat.

I can't say for anyone else's experience but the services provided from beginning to end can't be put into words. Everyone that works there were very knowledgeable to any questions I had. The crew made sure the job was done the right way even making sure the old wiring was replaced and installed with the proper wiring for the 17 seer system and thermostat. Definitely will be using them in the future.
