Professional and polite, Tiger Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system for us last year. I highly recommend them from the sales person, who was the owner, as well as for their technicians. Rolando was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on a quick repair we needed this year.

Chris from Tiger came out & resolved the AC issue that another company could not. He fixed the issue right the 1st time of him coming out. Excellent responsive service & knew what to do to fix the issue WO guessing. This is my AC company from now on!

Thomas showed up and determined capacitor had stopped working. He changed out capacitor and got the AC working in a few minutes after arriving at residence.

My evaporator coil needing replacing. The office staff was responsive to my 1st call, set a bid within a couple of hours. All email response’s were quick and easy. The technician’s were friendly and knowledgeable answering all my questions. They were clean leaving no mess behind. Tiger has easy credit company’s they work with offering good interest rates. If you need financing. I was very impressed with Tiger Heating and Air.

This has been the most professional and enjoyable purchase experience i have had period. Thomas and Matt both were extremely patient, considerate and down to earth on how to explain exactly what I was buying. This includes what to expect performance wise, what to honestly see from it and how to take care of anything I may need in the long run. Hands down the best experience I have had for updating my home for the future and making like more comfortable. Thank you all at Tiger!
