Edit: Update to the service I received. After all was said and done, they took ownership of what had happened and quickly rectified their mistake. I never blame people for making a mistake because I often times find the response to it to be the true show of professionalism. I can personally verify that their team are quality professionals and will work hard to make sure you get the service you want. Both of my units are now in great working condition and the turnaround on both was with haste. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC job. Original: Mechanic made a mistake by switching out the wrong AC unit, but owned up to it and took responsibility in getting it fixed. As of right now it still doesn't work, but they said they will come back out with new parts to repair the other system. I'll be glad to up the rating once/ if it gets fixed.
