Michael Cuellar was very professional and polite. We bought our place about 6 months ago and this system was new to us. We were shown a filter that we didn't know existed and it was a complete mess. I will be having them come back every year to do a maintenance check as we were very happy that he answered all of our 100 questions without pause. Thank you for everything.

Michael was professional, prompt and explained the procedures to me. We woke up and the heater was not working. Called Tiger air and they came out and found that one of the heating elements had shorted with another one. While ordering a replacement, they configured the heating element to work until the replacement arrived. When it arrived Matthew was on time, professional and resolved the situation. We use tiger Heat and Air for all of a/c work. They are honest, reasonable and do good work.
