This company was so professional and efficient. Our AC system stopped cooling and we knew it was time for a complete replacement. This company worked with us and came to our house within 12 hours of us notifying them. They gave us great pricing options, explained everything well, made sure we were getting the best size for our house, double checked everything was working properly, and cleaned up after themselves. Matt, Christian, Thomas and Sierra made a great team and answered every question we had. They made financing easy and painless. I absolutely recommend this company for anyone, especially first time home owners like ourselves. 👍

From my initial request for a quote to completion of service, Tiger Heating & Air was stellar. The initial contact from Sierra at the office to schedule my appointment went smooth and proceeded to an intelligent estimate from Thomas. I had follow up questions for both Thomas and Sierra and they answered promptly and professionally. Matt and Christian along with other guys (I apologize don't know their names) , installed the a/c, furnace, and duct work in my home and completed it professionally in one day. Most important, my house is cool and my wife is happy. Of note, my crawlspace for the duct work is incredibly limited in height in my 67 year old home. There is no ability to stand upright and it is hot and dirty up there but these guys got it done despite the challenges. Highly recommend this company!

John Heard Was very helpful and professional. He checked over my unit and found that the induction motor would be going bad. Unfortunately, the price for a new one was more than I could pay.

I called Tiger Heating and Air for a service call and second option before replacing an evaporator coil. This saved me a substantial amount of money as there wasn’t a leak. A major a/c company out of Corpus Christi has told me six weeks ago to replace my “leaking” coil. When I told them I was going to think about my options they never bothered to email me the quote. Michael was professional and courteous. I appreciated him taking time to explain everything to me. He answered my questions clearly. I really appreciate the timely service.
