It was a return visit, drain clogged up after unclogging visit in 24 hours when humidity went up. First visit sucked a frog out of drain, tech took picture, he’d never seen that. On second visit (no charge) got it draining again poured 2gallons water. Used air pressure and vacuum cleaner, but checked vacuum (which had been cleaned out from first visit) found another frog! Tech took it with him a first for him also! Probably caused weird animal behavior by eclipse! Lol

Tiger does a great job every time!!! I’ve been a Tiger customer and account holder for almost 10 years now. The owner is a strong business leader and an HVAC expert. His technicians are well trained and get the job done right the first time. Most recently we lost our A/C on failed on a Sunday night, Tiger got a technician out with 90 mins and he had us back up and cooling again in 30 mins. Great job!!

Tiger is the best. Have several properties and they have extended the life of several units and we're first choice to install new ones when needed

Tiger heating and air was able to come out the same day when our ac crashed. They showed when they said they would and Christian the technician was fast, efficient and professional. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you all so much!

Chris was great unfortunately price quote was too high $11,000.00 for a Traine 3.5 to central a/c with furnace installed seems a bit high. do understand you get what you pay for but I'm afraid several company's beat this price by thousands. As far as Tiger goes they were perfect on time, professional, explained options and seemed very knowledgeable. If you have the money to spend they would be the way to go as far as I can tell - Thanks for coming out you were great Chris! - W.M. Gibbs - Victoria, Texas

Our technician came out on short notice, was professional, on times and diagnosed our issue fairly quick. I would definitely be using Tiger Heating & Air from here on out.

I called on Sunday and the owner came by not even an hour later to do a survey and give me several options to choose from on an AC unit. Their lead guy Christian and a couple of other gentleman came by the following Wednesday morning and got everything done within five hours which I thought was pretty quick! I highly recommend Tiger Heating and Air!
