Roland(Torch) & Jared were amazing! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous regarding installation, explaining the mechanism, function & process and with clean up! We are so thankful to hv our membership with Tommy Cool!

The whole experience was great. Rats destroyed our ducts and Tommy Cool came to the rescue. Tommy came out to assess the damage and give us a quote for repairs. He was very understanding and reasonable with his approach. Not only did I feel that we got the best service up front, but we also got the most reasonable price as well. The crew came out the following Monday to complete the repairs. They were here on time, they finished the work on time and everything was cleaned up when they left. We were upset that rats in our attic had caused such damage. Even though it was a large expense, we feel we got the best solution at a very fair price from Tommy Cool. They made a bad situation more bearable.

Came on a Saturday morning even a be little early. Very thorough and efficient, system checked fine but upon inspecting the ductwork in the attic found a cracked open duct and vents which he repaired. Credits to Christian for attic work in south Texas in the heat of summer is a special challenge. Thanks !

Techs are always really professional and nice

Called them and a couple of other companies around 11:30 last night. They were the only ones to call me back at 8 am. Showed up at 8.45. Found the issue and fixed it. He was thorough and kept me informed about everything before fixing it. Thank goodness they came through for us. Oh I canceled my home insurance policy they were no help whatsoever. Not buying another one again. Will definitely call them back if any issues arise again. Hopefully not for a long time 😄. Great professional work! Thank you Roland for your great service.

Tommy Cool Air has by far been a great company. 2nd time they come and service our AC unit and they get the job done. Friendly and fast service. Their technician Jason is respectable and knowledgeable in his expertise. Will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Matthew was fabulous. It’s Sunday the AC isn’t working, it’s hot and he was here quickly. He was very knowledgeable and able to trouble shoot the issue to make sure it was fixed correctly. He took time to answer our questions. Quickly sent email for a quote to make our home more efficient. Thanks so much. Will continue to use their service.

We ended up needing to replace our entire AC system, which we were not expecting to, but he explained 6 options very thoroughly, so we could make the best decision for ourselves. “The Torch” exceeded our expectations and provided us with much needed cold air!

Mathew was very thorough and courteous. He explained everything he was about to do and why he was doing it. Very knowledgeable. I have a better peace of mind knowing everything was done right.
