Very easy to schedule a service call on the website. Precise communication about the time of arrival. Picture of technician sent with technician background in the industry. Professional appearance. Spent time answering all questions. Spent approximately 2 hours reviewing the whole AC system. We hired Tommy cool to re-duct our ac system and to put things in context I live in a older home with limited “attic” space it’s not a welcoming environment up there.. Thomas showed up and took a look at our duct system and confirmed what we already had figured, it needed to be upgraded to materials from this decade. As anyone in corpus knows trying to find a good contractor in this city is like trying to give a cat a bath, but these guys exceeded all my expectations and their bid wasn’t outrageous, These guys showed up exactly when they said they were and finished exactly when they said they would. They’re efficient, polite, and hard working. They will always be my first call for my A/C issues.. as a matter of fact we have already hired them to insulate our attic later this month as well.
