Tommy cool air did an amazing job for me. I called on a Sunday afternoon thinking I would get no answer or response and was greeted by Tommy himself over the phone, he was professional and courteous and was able to help me with the issue I was having. He was able to find the part needed and give me a quote for the work on the spot, from that point Sierra took over the logistics and I received the same professionalism and help that I was needing, she was there for every call back and update and never once made be feel like it was being overwhelming. She kept me up to date with all services and was on top of everything. Lastly there was Jason the A/C tech showed up to my home with a courtesy call prior to arrival and let me know that he was on his way which was a huge help. Once at my home he let me know that everything would be taken care of and I should have no concerns, installed the damaged item and did a service check on my entire system. Afterwards he came inside to verify all my systems were in order and once completed even came back to check an issue that I was having without hesitation. Overall Tommy and his staff were top notch and I would recommend them for all your A/C needs. Thank you Tommy and to all your staff on a job well done!!!

Jason Herrera is top notch, not only did he come and help fix my issue at 12:30am, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was running like it should by doing a full inspection while taking time to educate me and show me exactly what he was seeing. He didn’t just show up to fix the issue and leave, he stayed to go over everything until 2am and did it with a smile. He was more than happy to go over numerous things with me without hesitation or making it seem like a burden that early in the morning. I would 1000% recommend Tommy Cool Air for all ac needs as the best company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to HVAC needs.

Chris Rust replaced fuses. He was done in 30 minutes approximately. Seemed very honest, and informative, as far as I could tell. Can't help but wonder why 2 fuses (ECNR25) cost $100 each. Also, I paid by credit card 40 minutes ago, but have received no receipt in my email yet. It's 8:15 pm, maybe it will be here by morning.

Quick and professional

They came out the same day and once they knew what needed to be replaced they looked around the city but the right part was not available so they did a temporary fix until the correct part could come in because of my wife’s health issues with her breathing
