This is my second review and 3rd time using Tiger/Tommy Cool. This review is also for Thomas and Matt Thomas came out first. He looked at our current set up to recommend what we sh ould do for a new system. Matt is the technician that came and installed the new unit Our old AC went out, it's over 10 years old. We weren't going to risk fixing the old unit just to have it break. It's time for a new one Thomas came out first to analyze the house, the old unit and to recommend what we need for a new one. Thomas is very friendly and very professional. These guys also don't waste their time, they're here to work. Thomas explained everything we needed to do based on his recommendation. If I had questions, he answered them. They do it right, they're not rushing but they get to the point and are friendly with their communication and delivery. Thomas's recommendations were simple and easy to understand. I received my quote quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about Thomas Matt installed our new system today. He arrived early and went to work right away. Again theae guys don't waste time. Poor Matt, our fence was in his way and he used ninja focus and took our fence down quickly to get to it. I felt bad, the new unit is bigger. He had to do extra work but that didn't phase him one bit. He did the job all by himself, he carried the new system on his back as if he was carrying all of our burdens upon his shoulders. This company better take care of Matt, the man is driven. Not like OJ drive driven but the guy knows his stuff and does it right, driven. I had a few questions, again they were answered with friendly professionalism. He wssnh rushing but he wasn't wasting any steps or time either. It's hard to find people willing to work the way these guy's do. This company better be taking care of Matt. I have compete trust in both Thomas, Matt and the company for that matter. This is our 3rd time going with this company and we could only install the AC unit, we have more work that needs to be done to our vents. I'll be doing that work and sticking with this company. I highly recommend them!!

I had an AC emergency. I had a clogged drainage pipe and Tiger responded immediately. I called and within an hour, their service technician, Christian showed up. He was friendly, professional and really assisted me with my AC repair and answered a lot of questions about my system. I would recommend Tiger to anyone who is looking for great service at a fair price. Give them a try!

Highly recommended!! For install: Christian Perez and crew did great! They were on time. Very professional from beginning to end. Cristian walked me through what they were going to do and exactly what he said. Highly recommended!

Had Christian P come to my home on a very short notice due to having thermostat issues. He diagnose the issue and found the problem and explained to me why it failed. He is very knowledgeable in his field and respectful to me and house members. I will definitely use them again and refer Tiger Heating & Air to family and friends. Also, the office staff was very informative with me and letting me know when my tech would arrive and when my parts would arrive. Thanks so much for helping out. Your team is greatly appreciated.

As always, excellent professional service. The Tiger team raised my condenser hurricane pad less than 24 hrs after inquiry on time and on budget. Every company in Texas should strive to meet the quality of Tiger Heating and Air.

Michael Cuellar was very professional; very helpful and did a thorough job explaining his diagnostics of my unit. I would call him again to work on my home central air and heat.

I can't say for anyone else's experience but the services provided from beginning to end can't be put into words. Everyone that works there were very knowledgeable to any questions I had. The crew made sure the job was done the right way even making sure the old wiring was replaced and installed with the proper wiring for the 17 seer system and thermostat. Definitely will be using them in the future.
