Quick service. Everything explained fully. Process discussed before any extra work done, including putting it in priority order (MUST be fixed, should be fixed soon, can be done to improve... eventually) so no hidden fees. Was so pleased with the work, joined the yearly maintenance plan and they are the ONLY ones I'll call for AC work.

All three men (Matt, Michael, & Gerry) who did the installation were outstanding. They were polite, informative, & hard working through out the entire project. They cleaned up after themselves which is a real plus. Very happy with the job so far. Would highly recommend Tiger AC/Heating

Professional and good manner and attitude . Mr Christian Perez and other gentleman he came with just don’t remember his name . I mean they knew what is wrong with my Ac but they still making sure and check on unit before gone to the point!.they know all details about ac but just a bit pricey , but hey that’s what you get for good service!

Highly recommend!! Thomas & Matt we’re absolutely amazing! Thomas was very helpful and professional, even offered a trick to help keep our house cooler overnight when we had to wait for the next day for a part. Matt was nice, kind, dog & kid friendly, quick, efficient, and both were informative. I never felt out of the loop or like I didn’t know what was going on.

An expert and a professional AC installer. I had high expectations and he delivered.

Matt went out of his way to do a really good job on installing a new waranted evaporator in my Lennox AC unit. He went out of his way to aquire the new evaporator coil that was furnished under an extended 5-yr.warranty. He didn't really have to do that for me.I watched hin work and asked plenty of quetions for my own learning experience and he didn't mind answering my questions. He does his best to perform GOOD WORK. I really appreciated his work and explanations to my questions.I didn't know at the time of his love for Music. I love Good Ole Western Music and Old and 'Gone Musicians. Thank You so much Matt for such a Good Job. Friends I hope Ernest Scholz.
