Great experience with Tiger and Matt (Also Sierra). Super fast response time. Matt diagnosed the issue and replaced the damaged flame sensor that was not allowing our unit to function properly. Thanks Matt for being super pleasant, your help with getting our heater up and running and for following extra Covid precautions for us. Very accommodating and professional.
