Thomas came by and gave me an estimate on some A/C duct repair

Mr. Matt arrive first at my house this morning and later Mr. Luis. I would like to say both did a great job , but later in the evening Mr. Luis had to leave. Mr. Matt remain to complete the job and during that time I had a chance to ask questions Mr. Matt answer all my questions very professional person. He took the time to show us (My Family) give instructions how to setup the thermostat and app. Thank you very much great job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍

Our thermostat fritzed & the A/C unit would not stay on. I called shortly after 8 a.m (Sierra was super nice and helpful) & had a great service technician Luis, at my house by 11:45. He quickly diagnosed the problem & advised what was needed & how much it would cost. He was very courteous and professional. He followed all pandemic protocols while performing the necessary service and even called my husband to explain it all prior to starting. We would recommend Luis and Tiger Heating & Air to everyone. We were extremely pleased with our experience from the phone call all the way through the service. We also received a text introducing the technician & advising when to expect him with tracking information so we would know exactly where he was once dispatched. Thanks so much!

I've been a Tiger customer for quite a few years, after lots of frustration with another company in Corpus Christi beforehand. My experience with Tiger has been incredible. They are responsive - returning phonecalls and emails immediately. They do great work - every technician who has worked on my unit has completed the work with precision and skill. The owner, on the occasions I've interacted with him, has always been professional and has a knack for explaining the technical details in a way that is understandable to someone with little knowledge of the HVAC world. Tiger will not gouge you. They are a business, but they are *not* a cold, heartless business that is out to squeeze every penny out of you. Most importantly, they are trustworthy and stand behind their work. This is a rare trait of most businesses today. If you need work on your AC, I strongly recommend Tiger.

Cris was very professional, he sent a text message regarding his location and arrival time. He followed the CDC regulations and wore his mask and social distance. He was very knowledgeable and highly recommend.

Cris Perez was very professional, called before to let us know he was on the way. Nice that Tiger AC actually sends a picture of the person who is going to show up on your door. Wore a mask when he was around me also which makes you feel safer these days. Came in and diagnosed the problem and when he left it was cooling again. I have used Tiger AC in the past on other projects and have always been satisfied with their quick response and fairness on their price. Friendly receptionist who answers the phone and knowledgeable technicians also. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do it in the future. Thanks again.
