Called Tiger Heating & Air on a Sunday morning. My A/C compressor stop working. Placed a call and within few minutes I received their callback. Tiger Heating & Air was able to book me a Tech visit for the same day and less than an hour the Tech shows up. Mr. Christian Perez was very professional and he answered all my question and concerns. He troubleshot the A/C and explained the possible causes of the issue. Finally the A/C was back to work; my family and I are please with the services Mr. Perez and Tiger Heating & Air provided. OUTSTANDING JOB! 100% recommended if you are in need of A/C work fast and completed to your satisfaction.

We actually dealt with three guys. Thomas, Chris and Matt. This is an awesome company well represented by all three. Each man treated us with respect and explained everything that needed to be done. From the time of first contact they came, diagnosed our problem and had our new unit installed in 24 hrs.

Our AC stopped working on a Sunday and after speaking to my brother, he recommended Tiger AC. I quickly called and received a response very quickly. Was told that the gentleman that was “on-call” was already at another location, but that he should be at our residence by 4:30 pm. Matt arrived at about 4:10 and went right to work, looking for the cause of our problem. He explained everything to us and fixed the issue. We were very, very pleased with his work and explanation of everything. We will definitely use Tiger AC again!

Matt was our rep from Tiger Heating & Air and he is very good, very professional, extremely careful and clean, he took care in wiping his feet before he enter the house and didn't get anything mess up. His work was very precise and very detailed in his application to complete the job. He knew what was needed to be done and quickly when to work to fix the A/C unit. Did a great job installing a new whole house system. We tried another company first. They did a horrible job. After giving the other company numerous attempts to work out all the bugs in their system without success, we had their system torn out. Christian from Tiger Heating and AC was very sensitive to our frustration from our prior experience. He and his team were exceptional at installing the new Trane system. For the first time ever our master bedroom is the same temperature as the thermostat. We feel blessed to have found Christian and Tiger Heating and AC to do this job for us.
