Heard about the company on the radio then read the reviews. So I decided to give them a try. Everything went so smoothly. Matthew showed up told him the problem and in about an hour the problem was fixed! Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Would recommend and use again if needed!

Timely responses to emails and calls. Comparable prices for duct cleaning, but I felt the cost to clean the coils was a bit on the high end, since they were easy to access and cleaned in place. Would have given 5-stars, but the process left behind a mess for us to clean. Several of the rooms have a thin dusting of grit/grime on our belongings. Had we known, we might have tried to cover some of the furniture.

Tommy was able to come out the same day I called to ask for a quote. We discussed my A/C and Air Handler needs. He answered every question and provided additional explanation when I asked for it. He even asked me questions about my A/C and heat usage, and gave me recommendations as to what options I had. Tommy was professional, courteous, and friendly. He took his time, and I did not feel rushed. I received his quote that evening as promised. He continued to work with me to finalize my quote. I was impressed with the high standards of this company and would highly recommend them.

Matthew is very friendly, professional and thorough. He did an excellent job and explained what he found and the work that needed to be done. There were no high pressure tactics and no ‘doom and gloom’ scenario that made me concerned that the air conditioner was on its last leg and about to die any moment, just an honest and detailed account of what he found, along with pictures! We agreed that he would email a quote for me and my husband to look over and discuss before moving forward with the work that is needed. Very happy with the service I received!!
