Tommy was super friendly and very thorough. He gave us great information for the options that we have with his company. He was on time and very prompt with his proposal.

I had to call Tommy Cool Air on last minute help due to leaking A/C in the attic. I had heard their advertisements on the radio and said, “Why not try them.” Matthew came out late in the day and stayed until the work was complete (around 7p-8p). He kept me informed throughout the process, even coming out of the attic a few times to update. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. I’d recommend him and Tommy Cool Air to do any work needed. Keep those advertisements going. They worked, at least on me!

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Tested everything in the entire system for leaks. Put sensors around the house to find future problems. It might’ve been a little pricey, but he was here for three hours and Freon isn’t cheap. He reset the entire system and everything works wonderfully now. Thank you, Rolando, “Torch”.

I strongly recommend Tommy and his team at Tiger Heating & Air / Tommy Cool! They recently provided and installed a new A/C unit for the home we purchased, along with detail cleaning all of the ductwork throughout the house. They were thorough, worked efficiently and clean, and priced competitively. When we originally requested an estimate, they were very busy and Tommy personally came back from vacation early to meet with us and set everything up. He then came back following the A/C unit installation to meet with us and check on everything. This is a great company that operates with professionalism and integrity under strong leadership. You are doing yourself (and your bank account) a favor by trusting them to take care of your HVAC needs.

Thomas sent Chris, Isiah,,,Isaac(?), & a helper, (name?), to remove old Trane HVAC & install new Trane HVAC with coated condenser coils. All were extremely polite & professional in the extreme heat. All went very well, however, we are still waiting secondary tray drain installation to be done, (when they are in our area?).
